Family members change, Traditions Stay the Same

My Uncle recently passed away. Never in a Million ....trillion years would I ever have expected to lose my Uncle. He was relatively health. He began having some oral issues and ended up passing away within 6 months of being diagnosed with oral cancer.

We were devastated....

But this 4th we traveled to visit his wife, my aunt Helen ( who doesn't look like she has aged at all))) and her family. From BBQ, family games- relay racing, popping the balloon with your butt - good laughs, great times

I cannot lie I almost cried several times missing Uncle but I pulled myself together and was present with my remaining family members. To celebrate life, our loved ones who've passed away and brave our battles.. The togetherness brings the essence of joy. But they can keep the HUGE dragon flys that LaRueTX, has to offer. lol

Although family members pass away, new ones come, and things change

The Traditions Stay the Same..

Good Food

Lot of laughs.

Listening to Music

Dancing

Lot so Games

And playing deuces wild
