Don't get setback by "shiny object syndrome". This is a disease of distraction- chasing project after project, never settling down to master one skill.
Here's a business road map to help you sort through ideas and produce some concrete direction:
Write down all the things that spark your interest
What sparked your interest as a child? They never go away we just bury them as we get older and more responsibilities. For me, when I was a child and a teenager I loved to educate people, read and write. I was the go-to person that my friends would come ask me questions about school work. Do this self-reflection and know what you are interested in before you take the next step forward. OR you can always google "What are the most profitable small businesses?"
Cross out things you don't love enough to do all day, every day
You may look to cook, like myself, but that is more of a hobby and not something I want to be stuck doing all day. This is where you have to determine if your passion is something you want to keep as just a hobby. Do some research on the idea.
Create a List of Pros and Cons
Do some research on the ideas to help you decide whether or not the risk is worth the reward. NOTE: This pathway will be a totally different lifestyle – so much so that you’ll have to ask yourself whether you’re ready for a complete commitment to the success of your business.
Networking is Key
Networking is the most cost effective method to attract new or repeat contacts. It is key in building relationships for your future success. I have a mastermind group, a business coach and networking group I am very active in. It's so important to surround yourself with kindred spirits to create win/win situations. It's also important to get feedback from others about your ideas to find new solutions. Ultimately, these strong relationships will make it easier to confront stressful situations.
Stop dreaming and start doing
Pick a direction and execute it with 10x action. It's really important that you figure out what you do the best with the least amount of effort and you run with it. There's a quote that says "You don't have to be great to start, but you do have to get started to be great." It's okay to make changes as you build your business. That is to be expected. The more you think about something the more creative you become. You will realize that things aren't final for you and your motivations can change as well throughout your life. But, the most important thing for you today is to make a decision.
Over the last 3 years, I have had a lot of ideas. Some good and some bad. But, if I never would have started to venture out and explore I never would be where I am now. My business focus has completely changed from when I started and that is 100% ok.

Don’t Let the Pandemic Derail

You have to start somewhere no one is given a position of power by default everything you do will determine your future I'm thankful that I found this and you to help with the process of growing into something great
